Above are some of the characters who joined us for the trip...Pottsie and Bryan

Chris & Ali do a bit of sibling bonding over Christmas.

Bryan shares his gadget expertise with Chris. "Cookie" our trusty GPS came on the trip too. In the backgroiund is Constitution Dock where the Sydney Hobart Yachts come to rest in a few days.

Drummonds Sail Tasmania

The Drummonds (minus Caitlin- who is in France..which is actually colder than Tassie) set off to spend Christmas on board the good ship "JJ Frog"sailing th D'Entrecasteaux Channel. This is a beautfiul and unspoiled waterway between Bruny Island and the Tassie mainland just south of Hobart. JJ Frog was chartered from Doug and Bev of Yachting Holidays (www.yachtingholidays.com.au). She is a 41 foot Beneteau Oceanis with 3 cabins and 2 loos, one of which is electric! We spent 11 days aboard with family and friends.
